Shipping and Returns


Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for products to be made before shipment.  Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online as all beads and pearls vary in shape.

Shipping : Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible however all packages are shipped with tracking and these details will be provided to you upon lodgement. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Please note we currently ship to Australian addresses only however please contact if you are outside of Australia and we can make arrangements. 

Tutto is an Australian based company. We ship all products via registered post through Australia Post. Confirmation of shipping along with the tracking details will be provided upon lodgement. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 


Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.  Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.

Our jewellery is delicate and fragile.  We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged item to discuss possible options.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: snapped item; chipped, cracked or broken pearls or beads; general wear and tear including items that have been twisted, snapped, oxidized or on which the gold fill is fading. 


If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

Tutto reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria is not met.
